Does anyone have the same issue where if you put the key on it gets stuck or gets really hard to press? On my Ducky Shine II (cherry stabs) it gets stuck. Really bummed. Are these built for costar stabs?

SHouldn't be any difference between the two stabilisers.
Just make sure it is seated straight, and firmly pressed down.

Hmmm...yeah I did that. I've replaced all key caps and have disassembled my keyboard including soldering and desoldering so I'm sure I did that correctly. Interesting...just was wondering if anyone else had this problem.

I think I may have read in a thread that people said they fit kind of tight, possibly the original GB thread.

Did you put the Costar stabiliser inserts in with the correct orientation?
Edit: my mistake
-
yes, the stems on the backspace are warped so it forces the plunger part on the stabs against their walls causing it to lock up your backspace, do what I did, just rip out your stabilzer for your backspace :p

I don't have costar stabilizers. Ducky Shine II is what I'm using this on.
And yes, finally. Someone else noticed that the keys are warped? The stems aren't pointed exactly in the same direction. Exactly as in maybe they are maybe a couple of minutes of angle off (1 minute is 1/60 of a degree).
I don't know about ripping off my stabs...lol. It seemed to work a little better on my friends Leopold, but regardless, still didn't feel as smooth.
Also, I noticed that when they are laid on a purely flat surface they don't sit that way...
A little disappointed in the QC of this product.

Yeah, I posted in the Nyan Cat thread a few months back

Yeah, that happened in the last run. Lets see what we can do.
I'm not sure what/if they did anything :s but no reason to complain since it works fine without stabilizers.

I guess...but I mean not a reason to complain? I paid quite a bit for these keycaps...I mean...you pay close to $10 for a piece of plastic that just sits there on three pegs it should fit...
