I remember seeing a post where someone said they had access to the machinery that could cut some metal?
If someone could point me towards that, I'd greatly appreciate it!
I need to take the F row off of a ANSI150 plate, not complex at all!
This is needed because I'm trying to get a plate that will work with my Korean A.87 PCB, an ANSI150 is just a little bit off between
the number row and F row.. So I just want to cut off the F row and have a usable plate! If someone has another route I could take, that would be welcome also!
Thanks :)

depending on the material and thickness, careful use of a nibbler, fine-toothed hacksaw, or dremel followed by a fine-cut file is probably the way to go.
dremel also now sells a small rotary saw that looks fairly precise but is about the same size as a traditional dremel.

Do you have any links to the materials you have found to be most effective?
