Hello, I got a KBT PURE less than 24 hours ago and the switch for the one key seems to be defective . It will not register no matter how many times I've pressed down on it . Overall, I am satisfied with the keyboard and the shipping speed of MechanicalKeyboards.com however is there anything I can do to get a replacement? I don't want a refund, as I really like the keyboard; but I was wondering if it's possible to get an exchange since it was DOA . Thanks for reading .

Shoot. I was hoping it was the "fn" key, or something configured weird with the DIP switches.
Your best bet is to contact MechanicalKeyboards directly [ (http://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=page_view&p=contact_us)] and see if they can send you a replacement.
Please keep us posted!

Update*. MechanicalKeyboard has sent me a prepaid shipping label and is going to resolve the issue. Sent the keyboard yesterday. Awaiting an update from them.

Pretty sure the issue is fixable in 5 minutes by opening it up and applying some solder to the switch. ShakeR, if you want to "recycle" the broken keyboard, please send it to me, I'll pay the shipping :-)
