Joker Breaks his own neck, without his hands by twisting "neck only" really hard to one side,  IS THIS POSSIBLE?  :eek:

Batman only paralyzed the Joker. The Joker just finished the job to make it look like Batman killed him.

Please tell me you read the graphic novel first?
