Spoilsport time!
It is actually perfectly legal to own U238 in small amounts (I believe with license). U238 is the most abundant type of Uranium and is completely useless for weapons manufacturing. This is probably U-238. Perfectly legitimate Uranium.
Those reviews are pretty hilarious.

Actually, no. Even depleted uranium is tightly controlled, just as is thorium, because both can be turned into fissionable substances by being exposed to neutrons.

They're just normal rocks with a small amount of uranium like the kinds found in basements that give off radon.
