Hello i would like to ask everyone which mechanical keyboard i should get for gaming. I always game with the arrow keys and i never use the wasd. the mmo i play requires me to slide from the up arrow key to the down arrow key. It should look like: <(<^V) Parenthesis mean that those keys are pressed at the same time. Since < ^ V have to be pressed at the same time i need a keyboard that will let me slide my finger from the up arrow key to the down arrow key easily. Thank you!

Mechanical keyboards makes NO DIFFERENCE upon your gaming performance...
Get one based on Looks... and the switch you like...
WASD sampler pack has all the mx switches,,
and the soon to come topre keychain in the interest check forum should give you some idea of what that would be.

I've heard that mechanical keyboards feel better and respond faster than membrane keyboards. The main issue for me is that since i lift heavy weights my fingers were to big and strong for my logitech k210 keys. When i pressed them down it was like hitting a touchscreen. I need the tactile feedback of a mechanical keyboard especially for the game i play.

The "strong" switch with tactile feedback that is easily available is MX greens. It has audible click sounds. Cooler Master has a few models with them. I use blues for gaming because I have girly fingers (lighter spring than greens).
If you want something quiet you could try to find a board with clears, but it isn't going to be easy.

If anything, the average mechanical keyboards are easier to activate than a membrane.
Thus, you are going to want to get something with heavier springs.
MX Greens or MX clears sound like they would work well for you.

MX Clears are harder to find. If you want those, you'll need to do some searching on geekhack.
Another you could consider getting are ALPS switches made by Matias.

Quiet Pro are tactile, while tactile pro are clicky + tactile.
They won't be as heavy as MX Clears or MX Greens, but they should be heavier than the average membrane.
EDIT: side note, I use mx browns for typing/gaming. I too have girly hands.
If I were to consider getting a heavier switch, I would want MX Clears or Matias Quiet Pro switches.
