At frys they have the non cod one for 40$, local pickup only.

Yeah saw that, but i have Amazon prime so no shipping and two day delivery prevails.

I picked one of these up last week, but unfortunately I was a little more sensitive to the noise the laser makes on that mouse than I would have liked. I LOVED the mouse, but I couldn't put up with the sound. I took it back and picked up a Mionix 8200, an equally good mouse, but I honestly don't think one better than the other.
