Not sure if these will work for what you need them for: http://www.allelectronics.com/make-a-store/category/545/Rubber-Feet/Bumpers/1.html
$7 shipping, or free local pickup if you're in L.A.
or I can send you some of the ones I have if you only need a few.

Yeah... I would also like some circular rubber feet, but I'm in Canada. Something to put on my LZ-S since it seems like one of them got warped and now it's wobbly.

I'm about to get this one for my model f, but not sure if I wanted to get the black or clear ones.

If you're looking for those dimensions I would just go ahead and buy that. $4.50 is cheap. Other widely available options are the round ones. Just google self-adhesive rubber feet/pads. I'm looking for square ones that come stock on filco keyboards myself. So far no luck.

Check out your local hardware stores cabinet department. I use cabinet door bumpers as feet for the wrist rests that I make

I just got these 1/4" gripper pads in the mail and tried them out. These were meant for furniture so its thicker than I expected.

I wanted something that would fit in here so those round ones wouldn't work well.

I cut them to the size I want and they hold very well. Keyboard wont budge. Behold the levitating keyboard!

To be fair the keyboard weighs 4.5 lbs to begin with but I didn't want to scratch up my desk. So.....
