Do you know of any published keyboard typing frequencies for the following keys?:
Shift, Ctrl, Alt, F-keys, Window, Enter, Backspace, Delete, Insert, Esc, arrow keys, PgUp, PgDn, Home, End, Pause Break, Print Scrn

I guess it depends on ones workflow too much. Numbers would be completely different among MS Office, Emacs, Vim etc. users.

And I would add the language to the list of factors!
