Title: Need help identifying keyboard

I purchased this on eBay but the seller sent me this instead of the US version they pictured on the auction-- sad isn't it?
Anyway, I have searched for a while and can't seem to identify what country/language this keyboard is. I was hoping someone out there might be able to help me out.

Also, if anyone happens to be interested in it, feel free to pm me.

Looks like an Apple Aluminum.

I actually was going through this page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%87) and searching "apple aluminum <language>" trying to find it once I realized what you were asking...
