My keycaps just arrived today and I ordered it from wasdkeyboards. Once I replaced the keycaps, I realized that some of the keycaps were somewhat taller/shorter than others. And yes I they were installed in the correct rows.

Keycaps come in different profiles (heights). What kind of keyboard do you have and let us know if the caps are stock or something else.
Edit - Sorry totally misinterpreted that lol, I better finish my coffee :)

E-mail them and they will fix it if you were sent the wrong keys for certain rows. They have great CS.
-
Make sure you push down on them enough. Sometimes, it seems like you pushed them all the way down and you haven't.

nvm.. turns out i wasnt pressing it hard enough
btw I have a CM Storm QuickFire Rapid for those who are wondering

I put bottom row WASDkeyboards.com keys on the bottom row of my CM Quickfire Rapid and the WASDkeyboards keys were a bit taller when mounted. I posted a msg about it somewhere. Search for "Riding Height" and u will find it :)

this seems to be the case most of the time. i always tilt my head to see if all the keycaps are at the same height :))
