Title: Cherry profile on a Filco MJ2

Hi I recently bought a set of Cherry doubleshot keycaps and I was just wondering would it be the same height at the standard Filco MJ2 keys I already have?

What I plan to do is merely swap out the letter and number keys to the new set while keeping my tab, shift, caps locks etc the standard black. Would there be any height discrepancies?

Cherry profile is significantly shorter unfortunately.

They'll be different heights - it's not too dreadful having different height modifiers and alpha keys, certainly not as bad as having different height alpha keys (e.g. different height WASD compared to the rest of the alphas)

It's not THAT significant, but it's noticeable because of the way the keys will be angled.

Yes those are cherry profile as opposed to your Filco's OEM profile.

Your real problem is the keyboard you're using. Have you ever heard of a G81?

The height difference is pretty drastic.  After using cherry profile for a month I much prefer it compared to OEM.
