Title: Buying from taobao.

Hey, I was doing some research about buying from taobao, and I read that I would need a taobao agent to buy something from there because most shops don't send to other countries except China. Is this true for imsto? I live in Brazil, can I buy from him and ask to send directly to me? Also, how is the payment?

Sorry if there is a thread with all this information, couldn't find anything.
