good set of big-legend keycaps too, shame its ISO layout. Either way, good cheap mechanical if you just want something.

I wouldn't even wish this keyboard on my worst enemies...
-
still better than a rubberdome, no?
-
Mech boards has had these at that price for quite awhile.

loled.

Bah, you can get one that is real Alps, looks much nicer and is in Belgian! for much cheaper on ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/ALPS-CL-18802-BELGIAN-KEYBOARD-AEI-001-5080-/350441091456?pt=PCA_Mice_Trackballs&hash=item5197eab180). Now that is ISO, not bigass enter.

Why spend $45+shipping on Tigerimports/MechanicalKeyboards.com when you can pick it up for $30 shipped from ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/DSI-BF-I-113-BIG-FONT-LARGE-PRINT-PS-2-MECHANICAL-SWITCH-WINDOWS-7-KEYBOARD-/380543829259?pt=PCA_Mice_Trackballs&hash=item589a2e050b

It's better than some of DSI's other keyboards with ALPS (http://www.ergocanada.com/detailed_specification_pages/dsi_googolboard.html).
I believe ergocanada has had these on clearance for some time as well. They're $50, though.

I love that googolboard, one of my coworkers found one, its actually really solidly built, if goofy.
-
Looked like an awesome deal, but I can't stand those small backspace keys.

+1 on this for me. The Backspace is the deal-killer, not the Enter.

I got one of these for my for my Dad (65+) who has slight vision problems and he loves using it. He initially had one of the crappy yellow/black large legend keyboards (http://www.amazon.com/New-Improved-Individuals-Over-sized-Background/dp/B0039O9LCM/ref=pd_bxgy_hpc_img_z) that are advertised to old people through infomercials, but it pretty much was DOA.
He's had the DSI board for roughly 6 months and has had no issues with it at all. Also, a major plus to the keyboard is its extremely low price. I don't see why people are even judging this keyboard against others that are clearly not even in the same category of use.

I am looking at that now. Does anyone know if it is one of the ALPS switches that can be easily modified to become a linear switch?
I was told some ALPS switches can become linear by removing a small part. If this is one of those keyboards then I am interested to try it!

I forgot where I originally purchased it, but yeah I actually got mine from eBay for $42.89 total/shipped. The eBay price is roughly $10 cheaper than the final price that you would pay from TigerImports.
