Title: Blank PBT size 1.75 and 1.25?

I am currently searching for two blank PBT key caps in either black or white, OEM profile (I have two 104/105 KBC sets). One should be row 1 1.75 size and the other one row 2 1.25 size. I'm interested in the GH60 (max keys), and the only key caps I can't find are those, because of the split RShift and Enter key. Does anyone know if they exist / where they can be bought?
I'm not too fond of the idea of putting row 1 keys in 2 or row 2 keys in 1...
