Title: If you haven't bought a Ducky yet - What is stopping you?
Post by: dante on Sat, 23 March 2013, 11:39:46
I'm sure there are some people on the sidelines who haven't bought a Ducky yet for a variety of reasons.

For me an exact permutation hasn't come out yet or I missed out because I was too slow.

Here is what I would be interested in if Ducky ever produced them:

blank PBT, side print PBT, or Dyesub PBT on a Ducky 2108 Zero or 9008G2 Pro w/ MX Green or MX White switches.

The Greens have come and gone and the incoming MX Whites are Shine only.  Personally I would rather have PBT over backlit.

But what do I know - MK keeps running out of Shines.  I'd be a bad business person.

What about you guys?  Anyone holding out for a specific combination?

Well, if the 2108 had been Green switch, I likely would have bought one.

Instead, I figured, "As much as I love those four extra keys, I always swap my keys and end up never being able to see the lock lamps, so I've gotta stick with a standard 104" and bought a Rosewill instead.

Only interested in a TKL with good PBT caps. This backlight stuff is almost as silly as lights in a case. Would buy a Ducky with PBT with white switches in a heartbeat.
