Hi folks,
I would like to know where I could get hands on a KTB Pure (blue with orange lighting) in Europe, meaning for the normal price and not retail price + 50$ shipping cost.
It is like impossible to find those KTB keyboards. As an alternative, i would be ready to purchase a Poker/Race/etc., but these are as hard to get as the Pure.
Are they nowhere in stock because KTB is working on a ISO modell?
So thanks on any help how i could get hands on this keyboard.

Have you checked kbtpure.com?

Hello rarar,
Yes I have, and as I see right now its free of shipping costs. +1. But there is not the one with orange backlight :/
Still, I think the price is a bit high? I have read people bought such boards for about 65€ on bulk orders. Also, the price in $ is around 75€ and shipping from Taiwan to Europe or US shouldn't make a difference of 30€?
Or is the price simply that high because of supply and demand?
Anyways, are there any cheaper alternatives in the same formfactor?
Thanks.

These small form factor keyboards are scarce and this makes their prices to remain high. I think, this condition will stay for a while, even with the upcoming GH60, because the relatively small demand for niche small mechanical keyboards will never justify to implement their mass production, that in turns can take advantage of scale economy, lowering their prices. So I may suggest to someone interested in buy one to get what were available, when it were found, at the price offered. We GH's can't defeat Economics 101.

But it doesn't look much better with 70% keyboards, am I right? Well, I think I will have to search a little more until I find a reasonable priced, but good keyboard with blue switches.

Only full size and TKL keyboards are produced in a more repetitive manufacturing way, even not at large scale yet, they are available at more reasonable prices.

KBTpure.com is based in France, also you're forgetting VAT.

Pure and Race are available on amazon.de (marketplace).
