Samsung 840 Pro has great perf, reliability and price according to the reviews. (I have 2x830 256GB's)

Don't settle for another SSD model or manufacturer without reading a whole bunch of reviews and benchmarks. Performance, reliability and price are still all over the place.

i just picked a 256gb up a few days ago.  Microcenter also has the 128gb pro on sale for 110 or 119 i believe.
