Title: Question about Ducky D9008G2 PRO
Post by: xditsdaniel123 on Fri, 05 April 2013, 23:38:37
Hi everyone! This would be my first ducky keyboard. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this keyboard. Could you tell me the pros and cons that you have for it ? Also, what is the difference between the D9008G2 and the Pro version? Thanks in advance guys!

Get ready for my ridiculously long rants in that thread. Hehehe... Let's just say I love me my Ducky's... which is probably why I own 3 :))

I have it with blue switches. I am very satisfied with the quality of the keyboard for sure. I love the PBT caps. The blue switches are a love-hate relationship with me. I want to go back to my browns so badly sometimes, but then other times the blues are just so enticing. Quality keyboard though!

The G2 Pro boards only have backlighting on WASD and lock keys. They can come in either PBT (thin) or ABS. I would recommend looking at Ducky Zeros which are essentially equivalent to DK9008G2 Pro ABS at a much reduced cost.

Listen to this man. The Ducky Zeroes are probably your best chance at finding a decent board for an amazing price.
