I have a wrist rest from theBeast here on the forums.  It is made for a Filco 104/105 size board, but fits my Model M's.  I love it.

I won't use anything but gel rests. I have a bad habit of parking my wrists down most of the time, and I want something giving and forgiving underneath me.

No such thing as a good wrist rest.

But a gel wrist rest is the least evil.

I just use a rolled towel, it's really easy to do and very comfy!

I don't own a Model M, but;

Great hack! I didn't think about doing it, but it's easy, cheap and functional.

I didn't either. I watched the video below where he uses a towel. He didn't talk about it, but I took note.  ;)
