I'm looking for a Topre keyboard with 30g switches, possibly white colored cover, tenkeyless, italian or uk layout.

Is that seriously a video of a guy just...typing... on a keyboard for TEN FREAKIN MINUTES? O.o Wouldn't 10-30 seconds or so have been sufficient to hear what the keyboard SOUNDS LIKE considering it isn't a review? I am just so confused...lol
On a serious note, I think I might be seriously interested in a 30g uniform Topre board, my pinkys loved the 35g force required for the pinky keys on the variable Realforce, but the spacebar and index/middle finger keys gave me great fatigue so the tradeoff wasn't worth it. That board might be a good answer to my problems!

There is no ISO layout 30g Topre switch keyboard. You could 'frankenboard' it though.
1. Buy the cheapest 30g keyboard you can find - for example:

2. Take the rubber sheet from it and cut it up to suit an 88U:

3. Live on 2 minute noodles for the rest of the month

Exactly what I'm doing once I get my hands on the beige HiPro.
The 30g models are going really cheap in Japan right now(well topre cheap). Even brand new, buy it now for 14000 yen, bout $150.

There's one; the 104 Pro (YG1300), but it might be difficult to find as it's only generally available in China. Maybe on taobao?

Nope...in the youtube video...it looks like an ANSI layout. Is it JIS?

Ah yea that is ANSI from the looks of it. There are 30g JIS 10th anniversary still for sale in Japan. I suppose they made ANSI layout for them as well. Will have to dig up some old threads to confirm that though.
So far I can only find ANSI variable, 55g, and silent. One member here modded a 10th ann. to all 30g variable awhile back I recall.

The video is from devouringone3 who I think is a member here. He has another video with a 104 Pro 30g board so I'd say the ANSI 30g board in the video above is modded.
There is no 30g ANSI or ISO tenkeyless board. The only 30g tenkeyless boards are the 4 x 89S 10th Anniversary editions one of which is normal, and the other three are "limited edition" MMORPG versions of it, which from what I can see are no different to the stock 89s 10th anyway.

isn't $400 + shipping + taobao agent fee = super overpriced?

Not for a "limited edition" Realforce keyboard...actually wait, yes it is :)
It's main feature, the 'Pro' key, didn't exactly set the keyboard enthusiast world on fire either. Maybe there's a niche for it...somewhere.
