Title: MX Brown with 45g and 55g

With the closing with the upcoming GH60, DSA Retro GB's, and Calavera's PsuedoGB on Korean Springs, I was wondering if anyone has had experience with 45g and/or 55g springs on MX Browns. If so, could you please share your experience(s)?

I'm confused.  Are you asking for our opinion on the difference between MX Brown and MX Clear?

No, MX Browns with Korean springs. IMO, the 55g are indistinguishable from stock brown springs. I have yet to try the 45g Koreans.

Oh sorry, I'm still new at this stuff.  From what I've learned, MX Clears are "like a firmer MX Brown" where Clears are 55g and Browns are 45g.  I guess a 55g Brown is different from a 55g Clear because of the tactile bump?

Actually, clears are more than 65cN at actuation, due to the large tactile bump. Browns are 45cN at actuation.

Korean springs are measured by "bottom out" force, or full compression. Cherry specs are at actuation. Browns are about 60cN at full compression, which I feel is practically equivalent to those 55g Korean springs.

Clears are over 100cN at full compression.

I would not mind trying cherry browns that are lighter than the stock springs. At first, when I started using mechanicals, I found the lighter force caused more typos. But now that I am used to it, I keep thinking I'd like to try something even lighter. Typing on a mechanical, if nothing else, has made me become more accurate.
