So yeah does anyone know the sizes of the + stem of a switch? Doesn't matter how long I have highlighted what i need in red, cheers guys!

I don't have a drawing, but here are some numbers:
The thickness of the 'thin' part of the cross-stem is ~1.1mm
The thickness of the 'thick' part of the cross-stem is ~1.3mm
The thin-to-thin dimension of the cross is ~3.93mm
The thick-to-thick dimension of the cross is ~3.95mm
Maybe it's supposed to be square? .02mm could be within their tolerance.

x=1.425mm
y=1.315mm
Based on those numbers above. Right? Morning math probably isn't my thing...
-
whipped out my caliper for a quick measure.
x= (4 - 2(1.1)) / 2 = 0.9mm
y= (3.96 - 2(1.27)) / 2 = 0.71mm

At first, your msg has 100% totally confused me as to what the dimensions of the + are. Then I scratched my head for a min and...
You are you saying the + is 4mm wide and 3.96mm tall?
p.s. Thanx for owning a caliper and posting the measurements.

On a related note, I have a random "CONN DFLT" red key cap that has a non-standard stem and doesn't fit my MX browns. Any idea why?
