I just got my new Ducky Shine II with blue switches and purple LED.
I have used it for a day now and so far it feels great. The LEDs are beautiful as well.
I was wondering what other people felt about the keyboard that have the same one. (Ducky Shine II with blue switches)
Here are some pictures: (The LEDs are a little bit darker in real life and are a bit more of a pink than purple)

I also got a TKL Ducky Shine II with blue LEDs and brown switches Chinese Version. I am currently waiting until summer to open it but I will make a post almost identical to this one for it when I open it.
Thanks for any comments.

Nice, thinking about getting it myself! ;D

Hmmm so they are more pink than purple. My buddy was thinking of getting a purple led ducky, but I know he doesn't want pink.
Would you say definitely pink? Or possibly more magenta. Lol

Looks magenta-ish from here

Well, to me it could go either way. I don't really see that big a difference between magenta and pink so.. I guess its imagination?

IIRC a lot of people have said that the purple LEDs look more pinkish.
FWIW I have two Ducky Shine (version 1) with MX blue switches (one with red backlighting and one with green) - both are great :)
But if I got another one I'd probably get MX blacks - I have found that I prefer the stiffer springs (although MX greens are tempting, none have appeared in Australia yet).

It's very hard to find purple LEDs. In fact, I'm not even sure they exist. Anything that states they're purple, turn out to be pink, magenta, UV, or more bluish. I challenge anyone to find some true purple LEDs.
I have a ducky shine II, although it's the limited edition Year of the Dragon. They really are high quality boards.

They're magenta/pink. Resellers call them "purple" and not pink or magenta, because of potential buyers like your buddy who are afraid of owning leds with certain photons mixed together (red and blue or white with an excess of red) lol
