I am also a huge fan of The Knife. It's sad that they only play European tours mostly, and haven't had the pleasure of seeing them in concert

Regina Spektor is amazing. She's beautiful, intelligent (from what I can tell, based mostly on her music), talented (really, just the way she plays the piano gives me goosebumps at times), and sings like a sum***** with that amazing voice.

In this thread, we will show love for her, if you so feel like doing. Also, post her songs that you might like.

Also, I'd love to find others who are as great or near so (she is kind of hard to top, IMO). I don't really know what genre she would fall under. But if you have suggestions as to other musicians with great voices who have some similarities that I should be listening to, post those as well!

I heard her on the radio once.

She had one song in Russian.  She said it was a sad one but it was in Russian. She sang another one where she sings a Dolphin song, but she confuses Dolphin language with seal language. Seal and Dolphin speak very differently.

Great song, and as a bonus, the music video even includes a few mechanical keys.
