It's there but you have to tick the damn box every time. I never, ever remember and it really annoys me.

i am on my 17th page of PM's and i loose track of messages all the time

Or you can set it up so that any messages you send automatically get duplicated to Outbox. Really helpful!

Seriously, people. Who never goes through all the settings and sees how they can improve their site experience?
Do that now.
But that's not what this is about.
This feature would be helpful, since I don't always have time to hope on here when I'm not.

I've had it since mid 2009 and it's quicker and much more efficient than using a forum in a browser, plus I can plug my keyboard into my phone with or without a dock :p
Edit - It's $3 and it's been on sale for 10 cents several times lol

I can do all of that in the browser, Jocelyn! I started this thread on my phone in the browser. And typed this reply. Ask George how quick I am with my phone. Its just a nice feature. Also, you don't get PMs with Tapatalk! That's all I hear from people who use it. So :P
Sounds like a hassle, I'm sending you $3 right now, because you DO get PMs with Tapatalk. You just have to set it up. Ugh you're using forums in a phone browser, Yuck lol.

Yes I have it, but NOTHING is as fast or as efficient for forums as Tapatalk. It's an entirely different concept and if you haven't tried it before, go get it now.

even i reply to those damn emails directly. problem is that it's a pita to do this correctly as it involves postfix, smf, and integrity checking. i can think of a way to mostly hack it in via smf only and some kind of session hash, but i'm not familiar enough with that code to know whether that will actually work. anyway, bottom line, not going to hit the top of the todo list anytime soon.

I get PM notifications and subscribed thread notifications via Tapatalk. Check under >More >Settings there should be a section for Notification.

There are notifications, but does Tapatalk "push" the notifications to the phone...like if you're not in the app and it dings and has a banner to notify you.

Damn. Maybe it's a droid thing.
I don't think TT or TT2 for iPhone are letting me get push notifications from Geekhack. I do with Deskthority, but they use vBulletin software. Bummer, I like push notifications :( Seems odd it's not available unless the forum didn't activate it, but you're getting it do they must have.

labels for sent items would be great.
