Guys,
I just received my 55g 87u from EK. Everything looked fined but the instant I put it in a flat surface I found its not laying flat. One corner is about 2mm higher, and rattles a lot when typing. This is true for both with feet up and without.
Is this kind of build quality within their specs?

Have you tried twisting it into shape? If it's too far twisted to be bent back flat, then you should RMA it.

No, not tried to twist it hard. Will try that when I get home. I thought EK only does repair so interesting to see what they are gonna do. Thanks

Twisting worked! :D
So not only it taps like clay, but also bends like that. lol

Mine was the same I thought "what the ****" but a little twist and the tabs latch clicked it was fine. Maybe some rough handling during shipping or something?
