I think all Filcos have that. Mine do. It's probably part of the plate design

Not a defect. They all have them and even if it were a defect it wouldn't be a reason to RMA.

The first one I sent was due to faulty switches :(.

Oh dayum. Now Ive gone and make my self look stupid, seriously does look like a screw in the first pic... How were the switches faulty? Non clicky blues? Sorry for your bad luck :(

lol OP you were about to RMA for the 2nd time for that bump? That's where the spacer screws into. The hex spacer is used to separate space between the plate and PCB, and also to screw the PCB and plate together. You can't see the hex part because it's on the other side of the plate.

All recently produced Filcos have that. The old ones didn't.
