Hey guys, need a little help or suggestions. I had this QFR for about a year now and everything has been fine. I have kept it in great shape and have used it occasionally. When I plugged it in earlier to to use, the keys, QWERUIOP stopped working. All of the other keys register just fine. Now I am wondering if my keyboard just died on me :/ Thanks.

I forgot to mention that I have tried plugging it into another computer and it has the same issues. Thanks.

How many times have you plugged and unplugged the mini usb connec? Is it loose in there?

I have tried it a few times but it's still the same issue. Thanks.

There is a broken trace somewhere the controller leg and the beginning of the row. If you have a DMM, you can check for continuity. When you find the broken area, just bridge it with a small wire. Maybe completely replace the controller to see if that helps first.

Loosen up the casing. This has caused the exact same problem for several people.

I'll try loosening up the case first. Thanks guys!

Thanks Kangaroo, removing the case did it!

I'm trying without case because I have a similar issue. Block scorr randomly turn on and then the keyboard write something like "quiopè+"

Yes, this is the same issue it looks like. Use the screw on the back to remove the case.

There is any way to resolve this problem without remove the case? :)

Honestly, in most cases all you have to do is loosen it.
