But when I was over in the US and Canada for a while I really missed the cheeses we have over here in Holland. It seemed that if you wanted to have anything nice it was outrageously expensive, while the rest looked a little too much like plastic. Though truth be told, I never tried it other than on pizzas or burgers.

LoL , use a cheesepaste for my cats to do the same thing. Seems that cheese is universally loved by all creatures.

That crap isn't real cheese. Sorry, but it's not. That said, I will admit that I do love it. It tastes GREAT on burgers or chili cheese dogs/fries. I also LOVE a good Philly with Cheez Whiz, even though that crap isn't real cheese either.

As far as REAL cheese, pepper jack, feta, asiago, and sharp cheddar are my favorites.
