Hmmm, Pepcidduo(an ant-acid?) and a box of lucky strikes, and some seltzer water.

The keyboard in the picture represents the inside of his lungs and maybe stomach.

This dude is in pretty bad shape

And if you're addicted enough that you're smoking at your keyboard... you seriously need help. Not nearly as bad as smoking with an oxygen tank hooked up, but...

Don't forget his liver!  There's a bottle of something on the right margin of that photo.  This is reminiscent of the Aussie freak who got baked, got the munchies, so he cut off his toes and fried them up for a TASTY snack.

Actually, I think this picture might be relatively recent - if I'm right, the bottle of water on the left is made by a German bottler galled Gerolsteiner - the bottle's pretty recent looking (I was there as an exchange student in 2005) and Lucky Strikes are still sold in Europe.

I wonder if this picture is high-res enough to rule out a kezboard :D

edit: After all of my detective work, I only now noticed that the file name is 'Schreibtisch', which means 'writing desk'. In German. lol...
