Title: cherry pbt dye sub vs lasered white
Post by: typo on Thu, 16 May 2013, 21:09:07
I want a g84-4100. I was wondering if the dye sub fonts last longer than the lasered ones on that board. both pbt. I guess it depends if the lasered board is filled with epoxy. it is a white board.

edit: it appears the one everyone says has dye sub keys is available in lasered or tampoprinted only. the lpaus or ppaus. that is according to cherry themselves. are they pbt?

ppaus is deysub, and yes dyesub is the way to, it will most likely bury u before u see any legends disappearing slightly.

No, PPAUS is pad print, SPAUS would be the dyesub model code.
