Title: Dell AT101 faux camoflauge keyboard
Post by: fohat.digs on Mon, 20 May 2013, 13:03:37
I need to clear out some space. This is a keyboard that my son and I painted a couple of years ago for a "faux camouflage" look for a teenage boy.

The keyboard works fine, it is in what I would describe as "good used" condition. Selling as-is for about $10 over shipping. Note that this is the earlier AT101 model (no Windows keys) not the later AT101W model.

$25 shipped domestic US.

Thanks, it used to be almost $60 to get it across the pond, now it is almost $80.

We later did a Model M that was more impressive (of course) and there is also a lot more flexibility with key caps (we dyed a set green, and they came out badly splotchy and uneven - perfect for camo!).

For now, we are keeping the M, just in case, but he has moved on to a G80-11900 and I loaned him a few of my "special" keys (I really don't have many since I am not a Cherry kind of guy). He likes the MX blacks better for his gaming, although it took him a few days to get used to linears.
