I've got a second-chance offer on a G80-8113LUVEU0-2 USB. It's $20+10 shipping. Should I pick it up?
Pro/Con
Pro: My G80-8113LRAUS (PS2) got shocked to death, so I need a mechanical.
Con: I have placed order for GH60...
Pro: GH60 will not be here for a while...
Con: It's ISO...
Pro: I believe it's MX Brown, and who knows, I can always use more MX switches for future projects... right?
Con: I'm fairly broke, and I can use $30 elsewhere...
Pro: I just made $50, so I do have SOME cash...
Con: It's used, so it's probably got poop all over it.
So, I'm 50/50 on Pros/Cons. Someone tell me what to do!

You likely won't have poop in it. Legitballin has that covered. His VTEC kicked in a bit too much.

you know whats your problem OP?
You think too much over $30...

I'd do it. Keep the good board, and with the second board sell the switches and double shots. I think there is around 100 switches on that, you could sell them for around $0.30 each and make your $30 back and you still have some cherry double shots to sell which would be at least another $10-$20 depending on condition.
Or keep the switches and use them on your GH60 and sell the caps. Or keep both and use the switches and the caps on a ISO Gh60......

Well if you had my budget (and family) you'd understand :)
But... point well taken.

They wouldn't be DS's Beast, the part number has an L in it. Lasered. :P

I understand, if those 30 means having ur fam suffer then screw the board, but if not and will bring you a bit of side joy next to your fam, thel allow your self that, you live once after all.

This is the plan pretty much. Except I don't really want ISO gh60... anyone wanna trade iso for ansi caps? Or where can I buy just the ANSI bits?

Do it!
I was about to spend $50 + $30 post on one of these until I found out 100% for sure that it had Brown switches and not Clears.
Besides, if you buy it, and you don't like it / it has too much poop in it / whatever, I'll give you $30 for it lol ;D
Any chance of it having clears do you think?

I thought EU were ANSI, but with different legends (€ in particular) than US.

No poop!
Laser etched/infilled keys. MX browns.
More available from same seller apparently: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Cherry-POS-120-Keyboard-Trackpad-Credit-Card-Scanner-G80-8113LUVEU-2-USB-/251281814612?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3a81903454
I recommend only one person bid at a time... I got mine for 19.99 + 10 shipping.

i got one of these and it is in excellent condition. typing on it is great. i am not a huge fan of the browns but they will do i guess. the caps are in good condition. it is all black with black DCS POM caps (laser legends). i got mine for 19.99 plus 10 dollars shipping.
this is an insane deal. get on these.
also there are a few clear switches on mine for some reason. up in the macro keys area. i took it all apart and soldered some different brown switches for no reason other than to just do it.
i really like these caps on my blues but i am not so sure about how i feel about them on the browns.

8113's have a clear on F24, and a grey 39 on spacebar. But if it is refurbished it may have more from the refurbisher.
