He's doing mostly hotkeys, arrows and keypad in that video, and he's adding some flair.  It's muscle memory.  I think Sean's extended prose typing is more impressive.

at my last job i had to manage siebel databases for inventory and allocation of user's laptops.  One day the mass import broke on the back end and it was like that for months.  i got so fast at importing manually with an excel sheet using alt+tab, cntrl+c, Cntrl +v, tab, alt-tab that people would come watch me do it and they were amazed.  the screen would flip between excel and IE so fast you couldn't even see what was going on.  It was nothing but pure muscle memory and completely mindless.

Yes Sean is a nerdy looking, bearded white guy.  I think Sai just meant that this guy is the "sean wrona" of India, as in an analogy.

This guy has clearly been working that job for toooooo long. It's amazing though.
