I've started getting smaller keyboards and I'd like to try carrying one with my laptop. Any recommended cases or sleeves to protect it in transit?

i tagged this on amazon a while ago. i think there was a post saying this would fit a poker.

My laptop is 17'' and I was carrying it a couple of km a day in its case with a keyboard just placed keys-up on the laptop's closed screen. I looked safe enough, for many months I was doing it. But I won't vouch for it and for all cases.

You will find loads of info in this thread, which links to previous threads covering the same general idea. Although not sure anyone specifically asked for a case for both laptop and keyboard before.

depending on the size of your laptop you might could get one of those swissgear or targus backpacks and put the laptop in one section and keyboard in the other.
My mobile edge laptop bag would probably have room for a small keyboard.

OH thats what i get for not reading the OP. sorry i must have missed the part where you wanted a case for your KB too.

Well, I wouldn't mind if it were just a sleeve type case for a keyboard that I can throw in a backpack with my laptop. I guess the primary concern would be preventing any physical damage to the keyboard and keeping the switches from constantly being pressed (if that's actually an issue).
