Its probably a prototype or a test field rare model and I didn't knew it until today

ebay price can reach even up to $280 lets just say that as possibility, but only if its NIB. In reality this model without the LED's would reach 120-150 on ebay NIB, used goes for 40-70 bucks, just giving you heads up. GLWS :)
here 59 bucks for the same board http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-IBM-CLICKY-KEYBOARD-MODEL-M-1390120-SPRING-ACTION-W-CORD-/281113107799?pt=PCA_Mice_Trackballs&hash=item4173a59d57#ht_607wt_1399

You could easily convert a regular 120 to spanish ISO with a set of keys from Unicomp and a bolt-mod though... I think it will sell for less than $100 shipped worldwide, but good luck trying to get more than that for a used board. I got my NIB 120 for $58.40 shipped because as bazemk1979 says - these don't even have the lock LEDs.
