Title: Text saving editor
Post by: The_Beast on Sat, 01 June 2013, 21:21:58
aggiejy just reminded me about losing text. I hate when I finish a long post or classified but then hit forward or back on my mouse only to lose everything I just worked on. I know on other forums they periodically save text when in the editor. It would be a super nice feature!

When I use forward/back,  Firefox usually restores the text for me

Yes, this only happens to me in chrome. I now type long & important posts inside a text editor then paste them on GH.

Doesn't work in my FF

I usually do this as well. However I forget how to do all the fancy color, sizes and fonts in text editors, so losing those after pasting from notepad (or whatever) into GH is still super annoying
