Are there any KBC boards that allow me to easily use function keys 1-5 with only my left hand? Like, can I reassign the Fn key to the left Windows key?
-
No?

On first version Poker there is a dipswitch setting to make left win 2nd Fn key, so you can one hand it, though it feels akward to me to curl thumb underhand and reach for the 1-5 key.

Thanks! Do you know if Poker 2 has the same switch? Also could I also do this with GH60? If I can, when is the GH60 going to be available?

Here's the Poker II manual. (http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=40501.msg903862#msg903862)

So.. yes. Thanks. Are the switches easier to mod on the poker 1? I think poker 2 has a plate?
-
The Poker II will need to be desoldered, yes.
-
I'm guessing the plate for Poker 2 doesn't allow for spring removal. If the Poker 1 doesn't need desoldering, where can I get them? :)
-
I'm not sure on a Poker I source anymore, mostly secondhand. The GH60 will likely prompt a bunch of Poker I sales. The Poker II is available via Qtan and i3oiler, I believe though (i3oiler hasn't put them on TechKeys yet.)

The Poker 2 is also due to arrive at MechanicalKeyboards (http://mechanicalkeyboards.com) any day now.

Any hope of green or clear switches?
-
qtan had only blue, brown, black and red.

Original ones weren't made with clear, white, green, grey... Due to trends I could see some limited II version with those choices maybe. Personally I prefer GH60 due to the physical layout choices though it can easily be a lot more involved and much more expensive than just buying a Poker II or used Poker, though I will be surprised if many of them are sold with cases.
