Title: Away Status?

If i am missing this; or something similar that I do not know about is here I am sorry.

But anyway I am planning on going away for a few days and as a vendor I would like to make my customers aware of the fact I am AFK and have not abandoned them; So i was wondering if something (I am open to suggestion) could be implemented to show a vendors away status.

Very good idea. I've seen this on other forums and I'm not sure why it hasn't already been implemented here.

People never read before they post, so even putting it everywhere won't stop the complaining. That being said, I'm all for seeing an away status implemented as I will be away soon as well.

I did think of this; my problem being that I generally blank out signatures and personal text; I don't know how many of you read it? But its generally full of useless crap.

So are you asking for an away auto-reply to PMs?  Because that's about the only thing that wouldn't be ignored by your count.

I don't see a way to block "Personal Text" which shows under (rather than your mock up of over) the avatar.  So As mentioned... set your personal text.

I'm not asking for anything it was just a though; and I don't mean blocking I just ignore them and I was talking to a few others who did, I understand you point and that's fine with me, I was going to do it anyhow but I was just suggestion something. I don't know if an auto-responce system is necessary.

Also I like the purple star under your name, whats it for?
