Title: 'Quick read' of 'Show replies to your posts'

Basically a button you can click on that will mark everything in the 'Show replies to your posts' button so you start quick a clean slate.

On the right side there's a button called "Mark All as Read". Is that what you want?

What about the ability to mark only a certain page as read?

^^ This would be helpful, you can quickly scan a page and see nothing worth replying/reading and clear that page and move on....
