Not sure about the quality of the keyboard but it is a good source to harvest some blue switches. Use prormo code e32013 at checkout for 10% making the keyboard $40+shipping. This code works on all monoprice items and will discount them up to ($800)

any idea how long this will last?
-
At least long enough to decide if you like blues, then you can sell it for parts if you don't like them... or do something DIY with it :)
Also long enough to figure out whether you hate the bottom row.
-
The only reason I would buy this is switches for a Phantom, its a pretty stellar price on that many switches :))

Does anybody what type of stabilizers this keyboard uses?

Are those... 1x windows and menu keys? 2x ALT keys? 2x CTRL keys? Who the hell designed this?

I'll let you know once mine arrives. I bought one yesterday, just curious about MX Blue switches.

they are costar. I bought 2 of them on sale for an office keyboard for myself and a coworker but i ended up returning the one i would be using. they are at best 5/10 on quality. good source of switches but i wouldn't want to type on it everyday.

Do they ever have MX brown? I want to buy a cheap new keyboard to get MX Brown switches.

I had a coolermaster storm trigger with browns for $59.99 but I returned it :(
Of course all those led's would have been pain to desolder.

I think this model is made by Ione.

Cheap to harvest the switches but if you want to keep it as a daily driver, I would recommend replacing stab wires.
( apologize for the potato pics )

Nice Pics, Thechemist. The stabilizers look awful.

Thanks, the stab wires and glossy case is the only thing holding this thing back. It has a sturdy plate and if you can buy it for $40+shipping it wouldn't be a bad first mech keyboard, just order a spacebar stab (http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/index.php/cherry-mx-stabilizer-spring-for-spacebar.html) and 2x stabs (enter/shift/backspace) (http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/index.php/cherry-mx-stabilizer-spring-for-keycaps.html) from wasdkeybaords and swap them out, you would be good to go. I am just harvesting the switches and the clips.
