I keed. The fact that GH seems to run as well as it does and I don't really see the mods modding too much tells me they're doing a pretty good job. Having modded a large sub-reddit, I can say that that it's hard to keep things running smoothly while also dealing with the trolls and crazies and not appearing to heavily moderate.

With emails that isn't impressive, if it was Pms that's dedication too considering the stupid 40 second dalay between PMs
