I have a Noppoo Choc Mini that I ordered through Qtan, and I've recently noticed that the lock LED's are placed adjacent to the keycaps, and not directly underneath with a window in the keycap like all of the other Choc Mini's I have seen. It also lacks an LED for Insert.
My board:

Board LED's I commonly see:

It also had Fn labels on the R and F keys for stopping media and disabling the windows key, but I've since removed the Fn labels so I don't have a picture. I also don't see this on other of the same boards.
Other than this the board feels fine, I'm wondering if it's an old model or why I've never seen one like it.
Edit: Added more pictures. Again, there were labels on the front face of the keys for alternate functions, but I removed them.

take a full picture of the board

remove the keycaps, see if the LEDs are mounted in the switches as they should be.

mine definitely doesn't look like that. looks like the retail picture you posted up.

Interesting, the Noppoos seem to change design/OEMs so quickly its hard to track... odd however, that its a POM version with a non-detachable cable.

Your 2013 version is different from the older ones. Seems quite odd they decided to place the led between the rows though.
