Found it while searching ebay.  The seller has it listed as an Assyst POS Programmable Keypad (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Assyst-POS-Programmable-Keypad-/160978477658?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item257b10a25a) that normally go for around $200 on eBay.  If you're looking to harvest the switches, it's not worth it unless they accept an offer for $30 since they're likely Blacks.  Be interesting for a switch try or something like that though.
