Rift went free-to-play on 2013-06-12. It obviously has some flaws (what MMO doesn't), but it's a solid game with an in depth class system.

Wasn't sure if we had any GH'ers playing, and I couldn't seem to find any threads except one that I didn't want to necro from 2011. If anyone's playing, post your IGN or contact with what shard you're playing on.

Hm, I might give it a go now, at least if any other European GHers are planning on trying it.

Played Rift at launch and found it above average for the pool of new MMOs at the time of release. Saw that this went free to play last night and was talking to the wife about it, conclusion is that I am glad I don't have a PC capable of playing games anymore as I know I would waste countless hours on this again.
