I don't get it.. what's the extra $50 for? They both look exactly the same.

It is without any doubt a Scorpius M10. They didn't even bother to change the case - they just slapped a coat of paint on it and left in the punch-outs on the CK versus the GK. That alone should tell you all you need to know about the quality, unfortunately.
