Is it possible to buy just a single replacement parts? Like domes or keycaps?
I notice some domes are getting linear and are much lighter than others on my HHKB, also space bars (both black and white) are very shiny.
I don't really want to buy whole set of keys since all other keys are perfect.
It would be perfect if one could buy just spacebars or domes in different weighting... Do you know if they're available anywhere?

Nope, topre does not sell replacement parts other than a few selection of keycaps.

Strange I thought the rubber get tougher with time/use...
... Unfortunately only keycaps or a really expensive RF shell is available for purchase.

Which RF do you have? The variable?
The lighter weight Topre have very little tactile feel to them....So like the "A" key for example, at 30g or whatever it is...it feels basically linear...I actually don't mind the variable weight for typing..it makes sense..and it is actually very relaxing to type on..but I do wish they were slightly heavier...

OP has a HHKB, so it's not variable. 45g I believe. You could possibly cut out the rubber dome that's problematic and swap it with one under a key you use less often.

I've got HHBK which I have been using for last 2 years and almost unused Realforce 45G uniform. Only noticed change in HHKB feel (in the most used keys only, like FN, CMD, CONTROL, ESC, SHIFTs and ; ) after getting the realforce which is is pretty much uniform through out the board.
But that I could live with, unfortunately shiny space bar is really annoying, especially with the prices of whole Topre key sets for which you can get whole Unicomp with all PBT keys, including space bar.

Sorry, I read what you were saying wrong..I thought you were comparing your switches to what is on your HHKB
I haven't heard of anyone's rubber part getting weaker and more linear. They seem to get slightly stiffer with age if anyone....it could be yours have somehow cracked? Might be worth it to check them out...
Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any good ways to get spare parts for a Topre...a bit of a shame really..maybe that'll change soon...As far as I know the only way is to take apart one and harvest parts..

LOL a keyboard at that price should never encounter a problem you need to fix yourself

Most people don't have these problems...I've heard of very few issues of the switch going bad....
There are people with Korean customs that need some tweaks here and there..it happens...

When topre wears out, you buy a new board.
But think of it this way ,, you'll only ever need to buy 2 boards.. because after the second, you'll have ample replacement parts.

How many Topre boards have you worn out?

None, and surely never will, because I no longer use obsolete staggered qwerty boards...

Just get it over with and buy a kinesis already

I've used one before.... I'd say as good as the ergodox, but it takes too much desk space.. not mouse friendly
