How to switch mx switches, is there a video guide or something like that?

Could you be more specific?

It depends on if it is plate or PCB mounted?

In that case you will have to desolder the existing switches and solder in new ones.

If you want to change the plate to allow for easy switch top removal you would need something like the plates wfd had made in this thread
