How is this to play solo?  And why would a steam key activation be back ordered?

I played roughly 100 hours solo, but I really enjoy the borderlands games. It's backordered because it's a steam key, if there was a universal key it wouldn't be a very good business model.

I recently started playing again and finished my first play through without playing any of the DLC. Definitely worth every dollar!
